幅部を並列に接続し、両者で得られる出力を合成
する方式の高周波電力増幅器において、前置増幅
器と第1の高周波電力増幅部はピンダイオードと
、コンデンサを介し接続され又、前置増幅器と第
2の高周波電力増幅部の間に固定減衰器が入り、
当該高周波電力増幅部と電源との間に抵抗を入れ
、該抵抗の高周波電力増幅部側から、差動増幅器
を構成するトランジスタの片方のベースに別の抵
抗を介し接続し、さらに上記差動増幅器で電流制
御するPNPトランジスタを有し、該PNPトラ
ンジスタのコレクタと上記差動増幅器を構成する

ランジスタのコレクタを、上記ピンダイオード及
びコンデンサを介し第1の高周波電力増幅部に接
