    る手段と、 この相反転された信号に基づきレーザ光を変調
    し、光送信する手段とを具備し、 信号の伝送電力の平均電力レベルが、上記伝送
    電力のピーク電力に近い値に設定されるようにし
    たことを特徴とするレーザ光通信装置。
