Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光電変換動作する光電変換体の受光面側に
超電導体からなる電極を設けることを特徴とした
光起電力装置。 (2) 上記電極は超電導薄膜であつて、入射光を
透過することを特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の光起電力装置。 (3) 上記電極は超電導体の集電極であつて、上
記光電変換体の受光面側は当該集電極から大部分
露出し光電変換体への光照射が行なわれることを
特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
光起電力装置。
