Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 粗面及び平面を有する透明基板と、この透
明基板の粗面上に形成された光反射膜と、上記透
明基板の平面上に形成された網目状金属電極と、
この網目状金属電極を含んで上記透明基板の平面
上に形成された第1透明電極膜と、この第1透明
電極膜上に形成された光活性層を含む半導体膜と
、この半導体膜上に形成された第2透明電極膜と
を備えたことを特徴とする光起電力装置。 (2) 上記第2透明電極膜上に集電電極を配した
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の光起電力装置。 (3) 上記集電電極は、上記網目金属電極と重な
るように配したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の
光起電力装置。
