As is well known, passenger cars are equipped with a control device for side mirrors (also called back mirrors) that can be electrically adjusted from inside the vehicle, and the control lever for the adjustment switch for the control device is located in front of the driver's seat. It is set up. Such a control device requires two control circuits, one for the left mirror and the other for the right mirror. Conventionally, each of these two control circuits is provided with an adjustment switch, and the left or right mirror is adjusted using an individual switch. However, recently, an adjustment switch has been developed that includes a selection switch for selecting one of the two control circuits. Some of these switches are designed to select a circuit by rotating one control lever around its axis, and to adjust the mirror surface tendency of the selected left or right mirror by tilting the lever. be.

In addition, most of the above control devices are equipped with two motors, one for the left side and one for the right side, and these motors are always connected to the drive system for adjusting the horizontal tendency of the mirror, and when adjusting the vertical tendency, they are controlled by an electromagnetic mechanism. It is designed to switch to a vertical drive system.

On the other hand, although the adjustment switch of the above-mentioned control device is equipped with an operating lever, there is a push button type instead of this operating lever type. This push-button type switch has push buttons for left/right or up/down adjustment, and is excellent in terms of operability, but it is easy to press two or more push buttons at the same time, and there is no way to avoid the trouble caused by this. It was difficult, and I disliked that the overall structure of the switch was complicated.

Accordingly, in the present invention, there is provided an inclined part which is partially installed in the switch body and converts the linear movement into rotational movement by sliding down the advancing/retracting member having a backward movement force which is pressed down from the outside of the switch body. A rotating body with a bending part provided in the middle engages with the rotating body, and while the rotating body is not rotating, both end portions abut against conductive fixing members provided in the body. , an elongated electrically conductive bending spring that applies a backward force to the rotating body when the rotating body rotates, and one end of the bending spring deflecting while accumulating spring force as the rotating body rotates; A push-down operation switch is proposed in which a portion is separated from the conductive fixing member and newly abuts on another conductive fixing member.

For example, in the illustrated state in which the control circuit for the left mirror is selected, if the push button 2D is pressed, the forward/backward moving rod 2Da and the driven rod 16D advance inward of the switch body 1, and first, the driven rod 16D presses down the movable contact piece 14D, and then the advancing/retracting lever 2Da slides down the V-groove slope of the protrusion 7D, and this sliding movement causes the rotating plate 7 to rotate counterclockwise in FIG. 3. . Since the spring hanging protrusions 7a and 7b turn in the same direction due to the rotation of the rotating plate 7, the bending spring 8
The middle bent portions of a and 8b are pushed around, and this spring 8
a, 8b are deflected, so that one end of the bending spring 8a (top right end in FIG. 3) is separated from the fixing member 9 and comes into contact with the fixing member 12a, and the other end of the bending spring 8b (bottom left end in FIG. The end) is separated from the fixing member 10 and comes into contact with the fixing member 13b. FIG. 8 shows the operating state at this time.

When the bending springs 8a, 8b are deflected as described above, an electric circuit on the terminal board 11 is formed as shown in FIG. That is, the battery, B, fixed member 12b, fixed member 13b, bending spring 8b, fixed member 9, electrical terminal piece 5a, motor ML, fixed member 10, bending spring 8a, fixed member 12a, and ground E circuit. Therefore, left side mirror drive motor ML
is supplied with power, and the battery B-fixing member 12
b - fixed member 13b - movable contact piece 14D - fixed member 15D - electrical terminal piece 5a - electromagnetic coil SL - motor ML - fixed member 10 - bending spring 8a - fixed member 12a - electromagnetic coil by the circuit of ground E
SL is powered. From this, current flows through the motor ML and the electromagnetic coil SL in the direction of the solid arrow in the figure, so the motor ML is connected to the vertical drive system under the action of the electromagnetic coil SL, and the left mirror is adjusted downward. Ru.

When the pressing force of push button 2D is released after adjustment,
Since the push button 2D returns to the illustrated state due to the expanding force of the spring 6, the rotational force on the rotating plate 7 is released, and the pressing force of the movable contact piece 14D is also released, so that the movable contact piece 14D becomes a fixed member. 15D, and the rotating plate 7 is restored to the state shown in FIG. 3 by the elasticity of the bending springs 8a and 8b. This restoring operation cuts off the power supply to the motor ML and the electromagnetic coil SL.

Next, when the push button 2L is pressed while the left mirror control circuit is selected, the advance/retreat lever 2La slides down the V-groove slope of the protrusion 7L to move the rotating plate 7 to the third position. Because it rotates counterclockwise in the diagram,
The operation at this time will be in the operating state shown in FIG. 8 in the same manner as above. However, in this case, the movable contact pieces 14U and 14D are both separated from the fixed members 15U and 15D.

When the pressing force of the push button 2L is released, the rotating plate 7 returns to its original state in the same manner as described above and cuts off the power supply to the motor ML. On the other hand, in the illustrated state in which the control circuit for the left mirror is selected, when the push button 2U is pressed, the movable contact piece 14U moves as the follower lever 16U advances.
comes into contact with the fixed member 15U, and the forward and backward moving rod 2
Since Ua slides down the V-groove slope of the protrusion 7U,
The rotating plate 7 rotates clockwise in FIG. 3. Therefore, the deflection of the bending springs 8a, 8b is in the opposite direction compared to the above, the other end of the bending spring 8a is separated from the fixing member 10 and comes into contact with the fixing member 13a, and one end of the bending spring 8b is Fixed member 1 apart from fixed member 9
2b.

From this, the electrical circuit on the terminal board 11 is
The motor for driving the left mirror is formed as shown in the figure.
Power is supplied to ML and electromagnetic coil SL so that current flows in the direction of the solid arrow, and the left mirror is adjusted upward. Further, when the push button 2R is pressed down, the rotating plate 7 is rotated clockwise in the same manner as described above, but the movable contact pieces 14U and 14D are both attached to the fixed member 1.
Because it is farther away than 5U and 15D, the electromagnetic coil
Power is not supplied to SL, and the left mirror drive motor ML
only the power is supplied. As a result, a current flows through the motor ML in the direction of the dotted arrow in FIG. 10, and the left mirror is adjusted in the rightward direction. In the above explanation, we have talked about adjusting the tendency of the left mirror, but when adjusting the tendency of the right mirror, press the right back of the T-shaped push button 3 and select the control circuit for the right mirror. It becomes possible to adjust the tendency of the mirror surface. In this case, since the sliding block 5 moves to the left in FIG. 2, the electrical terminal piece 5a
is displaced to the dotted line position in FIG. As mentioned above,
According to this mirror adjustment switch, it is possible to effectively prevent harmful effects caused by simultaneous operation of two or more push buttons.

For example, in FIG. 1, push buttons 2L, 2R, 2
When U and 2D, 2L and 2U, and 2D and 2R are pressed at the same time, the rotating plate 7 receives rotating forces in opposite directions and does not rotate, so even if these are pressed as a pair, the push button will not be pressed. . In addition, push buttons 2L and 2
When D or 2U and 2R are pressed at the same time, the rotating plate 7 receives a force in the same direction and rotates, but in this case, the movable contact piece Since 14U or 14D contacts the respective fixing members 15U and 15D, the electromagnetic coil
Current flows through SL or SR, then motor ML
Or MR is powered. Therefore, push button 2L
When and 2D or 2U and 2R are operated at the same time, the mirror is adjusted vertically, but there is no electrical disturbance.

From the above, the push-operated switch of the present invention uses a bending spring that accumulates elastic force in response to the depression of the operating section to restore the rotary plate, and this bending spring is also used to control the electric movable contact piece. Because it is configured to fulfill its role, multi-directional switches, which tend to have complicated structures, can be made extremely simple. Furthermore, it has a means to prevent failures in the event that multiple operating sections are inadvertently operated at the same time. It has the advantage that it can be included in the switch without any special configuration.
