    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板の両面に回路パターンを設け、該基板の上
    面に複数のメモリＩＣを接近させて配列したメモ
    リモジユールに於て、該基板の裏面であつて、前
    記複数のメモリＩＣ間の間隙に対向する位置にコ
    ンデンサを夫々配置し、前記メモリＩＣの端子近
    傍で電源ラインとアースラインをデカツプリング
    したことを特徴とするメモリモジユール。
