- 回路パターンを形成したセラミツク基板上に複
数のＩＣを整列させたモジユールに於て、該セラ
ミツク基板の裏面長手方向にプラスチツク板、或
は金属板等の補強板を取付けたことを特徴とする
セラミツク基板補強装置。
