Claims (1)
- 光デバイスのフアイバー端末部とこれを保持す
るホルダーとの光軸固定構造に於いて、前記フア
イバー端末部のホルダーとの固定部に複数個の穴
を設け、前記ホルダーのフアイバー端末との接合
面に円状にスリツトを設け、接着剤による仮固定
部及び半田等による本固定部を区分したことを特
徴とする光デバイスの光軸固定構造。
