    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外周中程に鍔部を突設してレンズを収納固定したレンズ
    ホルダと、一端部に光半導体素子部材を収納固定した素
    子ホルダとを有し、該素子ホルダ内にレンズを光半導体
    素子部材と対向するように配置して光学的な調整を行っ
    た後に、前記レンズホルダの鍔部と素子ホルダの他端と
    を半田固定する光半導体結合器において、素子ホルダの
    他端外周に半田を置く突出部を形成してあることを特徴
    とする光半導体結合器。
