Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 環状の磁力源と、該環状磁力源の両側に取
    り付けられた一対の磁極片と、磁極片と軸の間の
    微小間隙に磁性流体を配置した磁性流体シール装
    置において、一対の磁極片の側面に通気孔を設け
    、環状磁力源の内部に前記通気孔を連通させる空
    気通路を設け、前記通気孔に調圧弁を設けたこと
    を特徴とする磁性流体シール装置。 (2) 前記調圧弁は、板バネと、板バネの先端に
    取り付けられ通気孔を開閉するゴム状弾性体とか
    らなることを特徴とする請求項１記載の磁性流体
    シール装置。
