Claims (1)
- ハウジングにダイアフラムを取付けて負圧室と
大気室とを形成し、上記ハウジングに上記負圧室
内に複数の負圧源から選択的に負圧を導入する負
圧導入通路を有する複数ニツプルを設け、上記負
圧室と大気室との差圧により上記ダイアフラムに
固着したロツドを段階的に移動させるアクチユエ
ータにおいて、上記ニツプルを上記負圧室内に突
出させて突出部を形成し、該突出部内に上記負圧
導入通路に連通するシリンダ室を設け、該シリン
ダ室内に上記負圧導入通路を開閉する負圧制御弁
の伸縮自在な弁部を組込み、該弁部の弁体をダイ
アフラムに当接させたことを特徴とするアクチユ
エータ。
