With conventional power sprayers of this type, the spraying nozzle is carried around while pulling out the hose from the winding drum, so one person is performing the spraying work in a location away from the power sprayer, and when the work is stopped or finished, In order to keep the engine at low speed (idling) and lower the pump discharge pressure, it was necessary to go back to the power sprayer and operate it, which was extremely difficult for one person to do. Since the spray nozzle closes when work is stopped or completed, there is no need to run the engine at high speed (under load) and increase the pump discharge pressure. In fact, this wasteful load operation reduces engine fuel efficiency and further Since the lifespan of the engine and pump will be shortened, it is necessary to immediately lower the engine speed and lower the pump discharge pressure when stopping or finishing work.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. In the figure, 1 is a chemical storage tank mounted on a light truck 2, 3 is an engine built into the main machine frame 4, and 5 is a pump driven by the engine 3 and connected to the chemical storage tank 1, which is also loaded onto the light truck 2. It is incorporated into the main body machine frame 4. 6 is a discharge pipe (passage) of the pump 5; 7 is a pressure regulating valve provided on the discharge pipe 6; and 8 is a spill pipe (passage) led out from the pressure regulating valve 7, which communicates with the chemical solution storage tank 1.
9 is a bypass connecting the discharge pipe 6 and the spill pipe 8; 10
11 is a hose connected to the discharge pipe 6, 12 is a spray nozzle, and 13 is a winding drum for winding and storing the hose 11, which is built into the main machine frame 4. 14 is a portable transmitter, 15 is a receiver attached to the main machine frame 4,
It has an antenna 15a and is connected to a battery (not shown). Battery is light truck 2
A car battery may also be used. Reference numeral 16 denotes a servo motor attached to the main machine frame 4, which is operated by a signal received by the receiver 15. 17 is the servo motor 16
arm 16a and lever 10a of switching knob 10
The connection rod 18 is a throttle wire that connects the arm 16a of the servo motor 16 and the throttle 3a of the engine 3, and
It is positioned and fixed by a and 19b. Note that 20 in the figure is a manual throttle lever attached to the throttle 3a of the engine 3.

ノズル12側に圧力が加わらない。 Next, the operation will be explained. Before starting the engine 3, the arm 16a of the servo motor 16 is operated in advance to the state shown by the dashed-dotted line in FIGS. lever 1
0a is positioned in the closed state indicated by the dashed-dotted line. If this is done, even if the engine 3 is started, the engine 3 will of course be idling, the pump 5 will rotate at a low speed and the discharge pressure will not increase, and the discharge in the discharge pipe 6 will be discharged from the bypass 9 into the spill pipe 8. No pressure is applied to the spray nozzle 12 side.

Receiver 15 receives this ON operation and operates arm 16a of servo motor 16 to the position shown by the solid line in FIGS.
a and the lever 10a of the switching knob 10 are respectively switched to the positions indicated by solid lines. Then, the engine 3 rotates at high speed, the pump 5 also rotates at high speed, and at the same time, the switching cock 10 is closed, so that the discharge pressure in the discharge pipe 6 increases. Therefore, a state of spraying work is entered in which the chemical solution is sprayed from the spray nozzle 12.

As mentioned above, this idea enables remote control of engine speed and pump discharge pressure, making it possible to perform spraying work alone at a distance from the power sprayer. When the engine is stopped or when work is finished, you can immediately operate the transmitter at hand to set the engine to low speed (idling) and lower the pump discharge pressure. The service life of the pump will not be shortened, and when spraying again, simply operate the transmitter to speed up the engine and increase the pump discharge pressure to continue spraying, making it easy and effective for one person to spray. It has the effect of making work easier.
