る為、処理槽の下部に一体に設けた円筒状胴部の
下端にじようご型排出口を設け、処理槽及び胴部
の中心には軸受に支持させてモーター駆動により
回転する回転主軸を設け、回転主軸にはスリーブ
を嵌着し、このスリーブには処理槽の下部に対応
させて沈澱防止用払い落とし杆を放射状に突設
し、胴部に対応させて撹拌翼を螺旋状に設け且
つ、最下部のスリーブには撹拌翼片を斜め下方へ
放射状に突設し、上記処理槽の一側上端に砂利、
砂の投入ホツパーを取付け、この投入ホツパーの
下部に対応させて処理槽内に加圧水又は加圧エア
ーの吐出管を連結し、この吐出管に対応させて処
理槽の中心側に夾雑物の搬出用コンベヤーを、そ
の後側に受板を設け、処理槽の他側上部にはヘド
ロの出口を設け、内面には渦流防止板を縦に設け
た篩を固定したものである。

排出口の近くで旋回する撹拌翼片との破砕作用に
より、尚混入している軟石とか砂利に付着してい
る泥土を破砕した後、排出口から排出する様にし
たものであるから、軟石とか芥等の夾雑物が多く
混入している採掘砂利、砂を能率良くコンクリー
ト用骨材として使用出来る良品質の砂利、砂に処
理することが出来るから、砂利、砂の破砕処理装
置として当業界に大きな貢献を為し得るものであ
る。
