07 is an internal cylinder that is slidably inserted into the external cylinder 06, and 08 is a piston that is provided in the internal cylinder 07 so as to be freely protrusive and retractable, and the idler support member 05 is brought into contact with the outer end of the piston. An adjustment chamber 09 defined by an outer cylinder 06 and an inner cylinder 07 is filled with incompressible fluid such as grease, and an elastic chamber 010 defined by an inner cylinder 07 and a piston 08 is filled with silicone rubber. , an elastic material such as nitrogen gas is accommodated. The position of the internal cylinder 07 is determined by the amount of incompressible fluid filled into the adjustment chamber 09 from the grease injection valve 011, and the position of the internal cylinder 07 determines the position of the elastic chamber 01.
The volume of 0 is determined. Under this initial volume, the elastic material in the elastic chamber 010 becomes a as shown in FIG.
It exerts an elastic force shown as
However, as the displacement of the piston 08 to the right increases due to an increase in the external force applied to the crawler track 01 and the idler 02, the elastic stress increases.

It is transmitted to the elastic material inside and is buffered by the elastic stress of the elastic material. If the external force becomes very large, the elastic material will be compressed, and the displacement of the piston 08 will increase accordingly, causing the crawler track 01 to come off the idler 02. Also, if the compression force of the elastic material is, for example, 1800 kg/
If it reached cm 2 or more, there was a risk that the seal ring sealing the elastic material inside the elastic chamber 010 would be damaged. Therefore, the characteristics of elastic materials are suitable for various types of tracked vehicles.
Although it is necessary to make extensive changes or adjustments in order to respond to various changes in the working environment, in the conventional method described above, the characteristics of the elastic material are the initial volume of the elastic chamber 010 and the elasticity accommodated in the elastic chamber 010. This is uniquely determined by the initial internal pressure of the material, and cannot be easily changed or adjusted.

特徴とするアイドラ支持緩衝装置にある。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was proposed to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its gist consists of an external cylinder provided on the truck frame and a sealed cylinder inside the external cylinder. An idler support/shock device comprising an internal cylinder slidably inserted therein, and a piston that comes into and out of the internal cylinder in contact with an idler support member, wherein a through hole is bored in the bottom of the internal cylinder and the above-mentioned By fitting a free piston into the internal cylinder in a sealed and slidable manner, an elastic chamber is defined on one side of the free piston in cooperation with the piston to house an elastic material such as silicone rubber. The idler support/shock device is characterized in that an adjustment chamber is defined on the other side of the piston in cooperation with the external cylinder and filled with an incompressible fluid such as grease.

れる。(Embodiment) An embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. 1, in which 1 is a crawler track, and 2 is an idler around which the crawler track 1 is wound, which is supported on a track frame 3 so as to be movable in the front and back direction. rotates around axis 4. 5 is an idler support member attached to the shaft 4, 6 is an external cylinder provided on the truck frame 3, 7 is an internal cylinder slidably inserted into the external cylinder 6, and 8 is retracted into the internal cylinder 7. An idler support member 5 is brought into contact with the outer end of a freely provided piston. The above is the same as the conventional one shown in FIG. A through hole 17 is bored in the bottom of the internal cylinder 7, and a free piston 13 is fitted into the internal cylinder 7 in a sealed and slidable manner.
In cooperation with the external cylinder 6, an elastic chamber 10 in which an elastic material such as silicone rubber is accommodated is defined, and at the same time, the other side of the free piston 13 is filled with an incompressible fluid such as grease in cooperation with the external cylinder 6. An adjustment room 9 is defined.

By forming the free piston 13 into a shape as shown in FIG. 2, the contact area of the elastic material acting on the free piston 13 and the contact area of the incompressible fluid can be made different. 12 is a seal, 14 is a lid screwed onto the inner cylinder 7, and 16 is an injection valve made of an elastic material.

できる。 Thus, by adjusting the amount of elastic material injected into the elastic chamber 10 from the injection valve 16, the initial volume and initial pressure of the elastic material can be freely changed or adjusted. Furthermore, the injection valve 11
By adjusting the amount of incompressible fluid filled into the filling chamber 9 and moving the inner cylinder 7 relative to the outer cylinder 6, the relative position between the idler support member 5 and the truck frame 3 can be freely adjusted. At the same time, the elastic material in the elastic chamber 10 is compressed via the free piston 13, and the initial pressure of the elastic material can be freely set. As shown in FIG. 1, the diameter d' of the idler support member 5 is made larger than the diameter d of the piston 8, so that when the idler support member 5 moves a distance l to the right, its tip collides with the lid 14 and stops. By doing so, it is possible to limit the amount of retraction of the piston 8 into the internal cylinder 7, and it is possible to prevent the internal pressure of the elastic material in the elastic chamber 10 from increasing abnormally.

By doing so, one side of the free piston cooperates with the piston to define an elastic chamber in which an elastic material such as silicone rubber is accommodated, and at the same time, the other side of the free piston cooperates with an external cylinder to define an elastic chamber containing non-compressible material such as grease. Since the adjustment chamber filled with the elastic fluid is defined, the amount of the elastic material and the initial pressure can be easily changed or adjusted by adjusting the amount of the elastic material injected, and the amount of the incompressible fluid injected can be easily changed or adjusted. By adjusting the amount, the volume of the elastic chamber and the initial pressure of the elastic material can be easily changed or adjusted. Therefore, the properties of the elastic material can be changed or adjusted easily and over a wide range.
