Description
第１図は本考案の原理構造図、第２図は第１図
示モータ蓋板の要部説明図、第３図は本考案の原
理を説明するための補助的な説明図、第４図は本
考案が適用される小型モータの構造図、第５図は
従来の小型モータのターミナルを説明するための
説明図を示す。 図中、１はモータ蓋板、２１はターミナル、２
２はターミナル本体、２３はターミナル部、２４
は突起片、２５は抜止め用突起、２６は半円状突
起、２７はターミナル孔、２８は突起片圧入孔を
表している。
示モータ蓋板の要部説明図、第３図は本考案の原
理を説明するための補助的な説明図、第４図は本
考案が適用される小型モータの構造図、第５図は
従来の小型モータのターミナルを説明するための
説明図を示す。 図中、１はモータ蓋板、２１はターミナル、２
２はターミナル本体、２３はターミナル部、２４
は突起片、２５は抜止め用突起、２６は半円状突
起、２７はターミナル孔、２８は突起片圧入孔を
表している。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 異磁形成用の永久磁石を有する固定子と回転子
コアに回転子巻線が巻回されてなる回転子とをそ
なえ、合成樹脂からなるモータ蓋板に固定された
ターミナルに接続された給電用のブラシと摺動す
るコミテータを介して上記回転子巻線に電流を供
給するよう構成された小型モータのターミナルに
おいて、 上記ターミナルは、ターミナル本体の両側にホ
ーク状に突起した２個の突起片をそなえると共に
、上記ターミナル本体の両側に突起させた抜止め
用突起と、上記ターミナル本体に対向する上記そ
れぞれの突起片の側面に突起させた半円状突起と
が形成されてなり、 上記モータ蓋板は、上記ターミナル本体が圧入
されて貫通するターミナル孔と、上記突起片のそ
れぞれが圧入される突起片圧入孔とをそなえ、 上記ターミナルは、上記ターミナル本体および
上記２個の突起片を上記ターミナル孔および上記
突起片圧入孔に圧入することにより、上記モータ
蓋板に固定されるよう構成されていることを特徴
とする小型モータのターミナル。
