Claims (1)
- 絶縁部材で構成されると共に中空円筒状の巻胴
部とこの巻胴部の両端にそれぞれ一体形成された
フランジ部とからなるコイルボビンと、上記巻胴
部外周に巻き付けられたコイル巻線と、環状の櫛
歯状極歯群が折曲形成されると共にこの極歯群が
上記巻胴部内周に配列されるように上記コイルボ
ビンの両端側から上記フランジ部にそれぞれ合着
されたステータ基板と、上記極歯群に内包され外
周が交互に異極となるよう着磁された永久磁石を
有するロータと、上記巻胴部の径方向外方に配設
されると共に上記ロータの回転を出力軸に減速し
ながら伝達する減速歯車列とを備えた小型モータ
において、上記フランジ部のうち少なくとも一方
のフランジ部の一部を切り欠いて切除部となし、
上記歯車列中の１つの歯車でかつ絶縁部材からな
る歯車が上記切除部内に侵入存置させることを特
徴とする小型モータ。
