着面に対して垂直方向に延びるガイドロツドと、 前記ガイドロツドが軸方向に移動可能に嵌入し
た支持部材と、 前記ガイドロツドが前記支持部材から抜け出る
のを防止するためのストツパ部と、 前記吸着パツドを前記支持部材に対して当該吸
着パツドの吸着面に向かつて付勢するバネ部材と
、 前記支持部材と前記ガイドロツドとが前記バネ
部材に抗して一定の距離を相対移動したことを検
知する検知センサーと、 前記支持部材を前記ガイドロツドの軸方向に移
動させるアクチユエータと、 からなることを特徴とする吸着装置。
