Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking of stains to the specular surface as well as to make the specular surface clear and highly reflective by spraying a mixed liq. consisting of silicone oil, a solvent and a catalyst on the specular surface and by uniformly rubbing the liq. to form a smooth surface coating film. CONSTITUTION:Methylphenyl silicone as silicone oil is mixed with iopropanol as a solvent and a sulfone catalyst as a catalyst and, if necessary, further mixed with dimethylpolysiloxane as an adhering agent. This mixed liq. is filled into a spray can together with spraying gas (gasous fluorocarbon) to obtain a spray type coating agent for the specular surface. When the specular surface is treated with the coating agent, the surface is cleaned, the can is well shaken and the coating agent is sprayed on the clean specular surface. This sprayed agent is uniformly rubbed with soft cloth to coat the rugged specular surface and to form a smooth surface. Water repellency is rendered to the specular surface and the transparency of the glass is enhanced. The specular surface is made clear and highly reflective and the sticking of stains to the specular surface is prevented.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field 1] The present invention is a mirror surface treatment characterized by forming a surface film on a mirror surface to give it a beautiful mirror surface, improving reflection and preventing the adhesion of dirt. The present invention relates to a method and a spray mirror coating agent used in the method.

[Prior art and the problem to be solved by the present invention] Even though the surface of the glass used for mirror surfaces and hammered mirrors appears to be smooth, it cannot be seen when magnified with a 51I′i microscope. When you look at it, you can see that there are countless crater-like irregularities, but conventional glass polishing that uses detergent as its main ingredient does not have any effect on these uneven surfaces that are invisible to the naked eye.
Since it merely removes adhering dirt, dust, etc., the mirror surface may become beautiful at times, but there is the annoyance of having to polish the glass again after a short period of time.

In view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention covers the unevenness of the mirror surface that is invisible to the naked eye with a transparent surface coating mainly composed of silicone oil, thereby forming a smooth mirror surface and significantly improving the transparency of the glass. By improving this, it is possible to create a beautiful mirror finish, improve reflection, and prevent the adhesion of dirt.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the mirror surface treatment method according to the present invention sprays a warm mixture of silicone oil, a solvent, and a catalyst onto the mirror surface, and then rubs the mixture uniformly. By forming a smooth surface coating on the mirror surface, it improves the reflection and prevents the adhesion of dirt.

1 work] Since the mirror surface treatment method according to the present invention and the spray-type mirror surface coating agent used in the method are configured as described above, a mixed solution of silicone oil, a solvent, and a catalyst can be sprayed as described above. The sharpener is sprayed onto a mirror surface and rubbed evenly once, giving the mirror surface water repellency and a transparent surface coating mainly composed of silicone oil that covers the unevenness of the mirror surface that is invisible to the naked eye, creating a smooth surface. As a mirror surface is formed, the transparency of the glass is greatly improved, resulting in a beautiful mirror finish and good reflection, and it is also difficult for dirt, dust, etc. to adhere to the glass. This is because it can be easily wiped off by gently wiping it with a cloth.

When carrying out the mirror treatment method using this spray-type mirror surface coating agent, first remove any heavy dirt from the mirror surface, then shake the spray-type mirror surface coating agent well and place it about 20 cm away from the mirror surface. By spraying the mixture at a distance, the mixture is sprayed onto the mirror surface, and then it is rubbed uniformly by wiping it in a circular motion with a soft cloth to form a smooth surface coating on the mirror surface.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention sprays a mixture of silicone oil, a solvent, and a catalyst onto a mirror surface, and then rubs the mixture uniformly to form a transparent surface film containing silicone oil as the main component. Because it covers the irregularities of the mirror surface that are invisible to the naked eye and forms a smooth mirror surface, the transparency of the glass is greatly improved, resulting in a mirror surface with a beautiful shine and good reflection. It becomes difficult for warm air, water, dirt, dust, etc. to adhere to the mirror, and even if dirt, dust, etc. does adhere to it, it can be easily wiped off with a cloth, making it ideal for everyday mirror beautification work. It has the characteristics of being very easy to perform.
