Conventionally, when a press material is supplied into a press mold or a heat-softened press material is molded in the press mold, the molded product is released from the press mold, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 59-20373.
As proposed in Publication No. 2, a method has been adopted in which a part of the press die is used both as a press material supply jig and an M-type jig.

However, in this conventional method, m of the press mold is used as a jig for releasing the press molded product as described above, and after being transported within the mold, it is divided in the radial direction, so the press material is separated from the press mold. There is a problem in that it takes time for the press die to be heated to a certain molding temperature after the molding temperature is supplied to n[, and therefore the time required for one molding process becomes longer. In addition, since a part of the press mold is used for supplying and releasing the glass material, it is necessary to replace the supply and mold release jigs when the shape of the molded product changes, etc. In addition to the high processing costs, it also took a lot of time to replace the press dies.

In the conventional method described above, the press material is supplied and released through a part of the press mold, and the press material pushed into the press mold is transported within the J mold during mold release. It takes time for the press mold to be heated to the predetermined molding temperature, so the time required for one molding is long.
In addition, there were other problems such as high press mold processing costs.

Therefore, in the present invention, as a means for quickly taking out a press-formed product from the press mold without impairing shape accuracy,
Instead of using the conventional method of using a part of the press mold, a vacuum suction type mold release device consisting of a vacuum chuck is installed separately from the press mold. Then, a vacuum chuck was formed on the upper part of the lower mold after the upper mold of the press mold was raised so as to be able to enter and leave the mold release device, and the vacuum chuck was connected to the mold cooling device and the vacuum source. It consists of a suction plate that suctions and fixes the holder and the press-formed product, and a bellows that connects the holder and the suction plate, allowing efficient mold release and cooling of the molded product, and reducing the bottom shape each time. It can save time.

At the same time that the lower mold 16 rises until the curved surface 1b of the molded product 1 comes into contact with the suction plate 2, the cooling plate 5 contacts the lower mold 16, and cooling gas flows from the cooling gas discharge port 12, cooling the upper part of the lower mold. It is cooled to a predetermined temperature by the plate 5 and cooling gas. When the cooling is completed, the cooling plate 5 is separated, the cooling gas stops, the lower mold is raised again, the suction plate 2 comes into contact with the curved surface 16 of the molded product 1, and vacuum suction is performed via the vacuum source. After the lower die 16 is retracted to a predetermined position, the vacuum chuck 21 is retracted and the press-formed product l is transferred to a molded product storage location (not shown). A press molded product 1 is stored. The heating of the press mold is started immediately after the press molded product 1 is released from the mold.

Hereinafter, the uninvented mold release device for press-molded products will be explained using examples. In the non-implemented examples, a vacuum suction method is used to release the press-formed product from the press mold, and in the case of a suction chuck used at room temperature, the part that comes into contact with the molded product generally has elasticity of the rubber product. This makes it easy to maintain a vacuum state. However, the mold release device of the non-example is used in a high temperature range of 450 DEG C. to 550 DEG C., and thus cannot be used with the above-mentioned rubber products.

As described above, in the mold release device for press-formed products of this embodiment, the press mold is provided with a mold release device consisting of a vacuum chuck of a separate structure, and this vacuum chuck is movably formed on the top of the press mold. At the same time, this vacuum chuck is composed of a mold cooling device, a holder connected to a vacuum source, a suction plate for stratifying and fixing the press-formed product, and a bellows for connecting the holder and the suction plate. Subsequent cooling of the mold can be performed rapidly, and since cooling is performed only in the necessary part of the upper part of the mold, the can mold can be heated quickly and efficiently, significantly shortening the molding cycle compared to conventional methods. Moreover, the electricity cost for heating can be significantly reduced. In addition, by providing a residual bellows,
Even if misalignment or inclination occurs between the suction plate and the press-formed product, it remains stable because the conical surface of the suction plate properly contacts the curved surface of the press-formed product due to the bending or expansion and contraction of the metal bellows. Molded products can be adsorbed smoothly.
