Claims (1)
- 光半導体素子及びレンズがホルダーにより同軸
に保持され前記レンズに対向するフアイバー端末
が前記ホルダーの一端部に固定してある光半導体
モジユールにおいて、前記ホルダーが光半導体素
子を固定する第１のホルダとレンズを固定する第
２のホルダとからなり、これらの第１及び第２の
ホルダは着脱自在のはめあい構造で互いの位置を
一定にして相互をはめあわせ出来ることを特徴と
する光半導体モジユール。
