Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光フアイバと、この光フアイバの端末と光
軸を合せかつ所定間隔に配置するレンズと、前記
光フアイバとレンズとを内面で固定する中空のス
リーブと、このスリーブの外面と摺動可能に嵌合
するサポートと、前記レンズに隣接して前記サポ
ートを固定する光半導体素子を内蔵したパツケー
ジとを有することを特徴とする光モジユール。 (2) 光半導体素子を内蔵したパツケージの円筒
部で固定した中空のホルダと、このホルダに前記
サポートを固定することを特徴とする請求項(1)
