Claims (1)
- 基板上に網目状に形成された導体と、前記導体
の一部にラダー状に形成された抵抗体と、前記導
体上に搭載された能動素子および受動素子とを有
し、前記導体をマウントランド又はステツチ側に
併用するとともに、前記導体のうち不要な導体部
分を切断して所定の配線等を形成し且つ前記ラダ
ー状抵抗体にトリミングを施したことを特徴とす
る混成集積回路。
