- 降圧形のチヨツパー方式のスイツチングレギユ
レータにおいて、第１のスイツチング素子と第２
のスイツチング素子を直列に接続し、第３のスイ
ツチング素子を前記第１のスイツチング素子に並
列に接続するとともに、第４のスイツチング素子
を前記第２のスイツチング素子に並列に接続し、
前記各スイツチング素子の駆動信号端子をそれぞ
れインピーダンス素子を介して接続して駆動する
ようにしたことを特徴とするスイツチングレギユ
レータ。
