Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電源端子とアース端子との間に接続されたカレ
ントミラー回路に電流を流し、該カレントミラー
回路と並列に設けられた、出力端子・アース端子
間（又は電源端子・出力端子間）の負荷に定電圧
を与える定電圧回路において、 上記カレントミラー回路の電流入力端に第１の
トランジスタのコレクタを接続し、そのエミツタ
をアース端子又は電源端子に接続し、 上記カレントミラー回路の電流出力端に第２の
トランジスタのベースを接続し、そのエミツタを
アース端子又は電源端子に接続し、そのコレクタ
を上記出力端子に接続すると共に第３のトランジ
スタを介して上記第１のトランジスタのベースに
接続した構成としてなる定電圧回路。
