６図はその側面図である。 １……圧電素子片、１１……電極板、１３……
外径位置決め部、１４……内径位置決め部。

Claims (1)
- 円板状をなす電極板の表面に、平板状をなす圧
電素子片を該電極板の周方向に沿つて複数配設し
て一の圧電体層を形成し、この圧電体層を複数積
層して構成される圧電アクチユエータにおいて、
前記電極板の周縁部に、該電極板の表面と交差す
る方向に突出して前記各圧電素子片の電極板径方
向における端面と係合する位置決め部を形成した
ことを特徴とする圧電アクチユエータ。
