  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 平板状の圧電体、この圧電体の両面に形成
    された内部電極とその電極取付部、及び上記圧電
    体を介して上記電極取付部に対向する上記圧電体
    の表面に設けられた電極切欠部を備えた圧電素子
    を複数個有し、上記各圧電素子間で均一な位置に
    溝部を設け、上記溝部で揃えて上記各圧電素子を
    積層した圧電式変位装置。 (2) 溝部は電極切欠部に設けた実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の圧電式変位装置。
