- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (a) 交流電圧を出力する交流電源と、 (b) 円盤状または円環状の振動体と、前記振動
体に接着された圧電体と、前記圧電体に設けられ
た第１の電極と、前記第１の電極に対して、前記
振動体のたわみ振動の１／４波長ずれた位置に設
けられた第２の電極とを有してなる振動部材と、 を具備し、前記交流電源の出力電圧、および、前
記交流電源の出力電圧を前記振動部材の第１の電
極へ印加したとき同振動部材の第２の電極に得ら
れる電圧を各々超音波モータへ供給することを特
徴とする超音波モータ用電源装置。
