- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 超音波捩れ振動子の端面に積層型圧電アクチユ
エータを配設し、さらに該積層型圧電アクチユエ
ータにロータを当接し、超音波捩れ振動子と、積
層型圧電アクチユエータとを所定の位相差を有す
る交流電源で駆動してなる超音波モータにおいて
、 前記積層型圧電アクチユエータ側の接触面及び
ロータ側の接触面のうち、両面またはいずれか一
面を鏡面仕上したことを特徴とする超音波モータ
。
