In general, when a work vehicle is made larger, it is desirable to be able to respond correctly and quickly to the width of the road to be repaired. There were various problems with drivability and economy, such as difficulty in repairing narrow road surfaces and problems with simple driving on general roads.

This traveling vehicle main body 1 is equipped with an engine 2, and the engine 2 rotates wheels 3 and 4 so that the vehicle can freely travel on a road surface. The vehicle body 1 includes a hopper 5, a heater 6, a rotary scarifier 7, a first screw 8, a first screed 9, a second screed 10, and a second screed 11. A bar feeder 12 is installed between the hopper 5 provided above the heater 6 and the second screw 10 in the above order from front to rear. While moving it forward to the left in the figure, the heater 6 heats the asphalt paved road surface, the scarifier 7 scrapes up the road surface, the first screed 8 stirs it, and the first screed 9 immediately spreads the above-mentioned recycled mixture. While leveling and compacting, the new composite material in the hopper 5 is passed through the second screw 10 using the bar feeder 12.
It is designed so that it can be transported to a section where it can be spread on top of the recycled composite material and compacted with a second screed 11.

The central heater 6a is supported by two sets of left and right hydraulic cylinders 17 and 18 (only one set of hydraulic cylinders on the near side is shown in FIG. 4) on the vehicle main body 1, and can be freely moved up and down. It's summery. The illustrated heater 6 includes a plurality of heating bodies 6d each having a burner 6c arranged vertically and horizontally on the same plane and supported by a frame 6e. Cylinder 1 loaded on top
The liquefied gas sent from the cylinder 19 is combusted by a burner 6c, and the combustion heat is used to heat the road surface directly or indirectly using a radiant plate. etc., and the type and structure thereof are arbitrary in the present invention.

This supplementary material is leveled by a second screed 10 and a second screed 11 as is well known, and a paved road surface made of the new composite material is obtained on the prepared road surface. When the amount of supplementary material in the hopper 5 decreases as the work progresses, the hopper 5 is replenished with supplementary material from a truck loaded with supplementary material, and the repair work is continued. When the supplementary material in the hopper 5 is used up, remove the interlocking member 20 and raise the wing 14 upwards using the mounting shaft 13 as a fulcrum, and remove the supplementary material that was on the wing 14 from the bar feeder 12. and transport it outside.

It is also possible to ignite the central heater 6a with the heater 6b standing upwardly. Furthermore, when simply driving on the road surface without performing repair work, the entire heater 6 is raised using the hydraulic cylinders 17 and 18, and the end heater 6b is raised together with the wing 14 with the heater 6 being far away from the road surface. , reduce the width of the car body.

In the asphalt paving work vehicle, the heater includes a central heater provided below the hopper body and an end heater provided below the wing, which is pivotable in the vertical direction. An interlocking member is removably provided between the wing and the end heater to move the end heater upward about the pivot when the wing rotates upward. Therefore, the wing and the end heater can be erected upward with a single hydraulic cylinder or the like, and the structure is simple, easy to operate, and economical. Furthermore, since the end heater can be raised upward together with the wing, narrow road surfaces can be heated and there is no problem in getting to and from the work site.
