のブロツク図、第２図は従来の電力増幅器のブロ
ツク図を示す。 図において、１は高周波入力端子、２は小信号
増幅器、３は可変減衰器、４は前段増幅器、５は
電力増幅器、６は包絡線検波器、７は高周波出力
端子、８は差動増幅器、９は基準電圧、１０は分
配器、１１は合成器、１２は電流電圧変換回路、
１３は電流検出回路を示す。なお、図中、同一符
号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

ための保護回路を備えたことを特徴とする電力増
幅器。
