Claims (1)
- ペルチエ素子等による固体撮像素子の冷却とサ
ーミスタ等によるシエーデイングの温度特性の補
正を併用して行うカラー固体撮像装置において、
冷却する色チヤネルの固体撮像素子の温度に応じ
て、対応する色チヤネルのシエーデイング補正信
号レベルを可変制御する手段を設けたことを特徴
とするカラー固体撮像装置。
