In the conventional device configured in this way, the guide electromagnets 3, which are symmetrically attached to the cart, are usually fixed to the cart 1 so that the distance between the three magnetic pole faces is constant, and in this case, the excitation loss is reduced. In order not to make the gap too large, the gap length between the guide magnetic rail 6 and the magnetic pole surface 3A is usually set to about Gt - 10 ms.

In general, in magnetic levitation railways, the smaller the radius of curvature of the curve of the track 4, the easier it is to set up a route in urban areas and the cheaper the land cost and track construction cost. In consideration of this point, the length of the bogie 1 in the direction along the track 4 is usually set to about 4 m, and if the gap length is GklOm, it can pass through a curve of the track with a radius of curvature of 200 m or more. By the way, if the radius of curvature of the track curve cannot be increased to 200 m or more due to difficulties in acquiring land, etc., the next best measure is to increase the gap length G to 10 or more. trajectory curve.

Because the excitation loss of the electromagnet 6 increases and the leakage magnetic flux increases throughout the straight section of the line, it becomes necessary to increase the sound of the iron core cross-sectional area. This had the disadvantage of creating a vicious cycle such as increased size.

In order to solve the above problems, according to the present invention, there is provided a supporting electromagnet arranged on a bogie of a vehicle with its magnetic pole face facing upward, a guide electromagnet with its magnetic pole face facing sideways, and a magnet opposite to the magnetic pole faces of both electromagnets. In a device that levitates due to a magnetic attraction force acting between it and a magnetic rail laid along a track and is propelled by a linear motor or the like, at least the guide electromagnet closes the air gap between its magnetic pole surface and the magnetic rail. It shall be attached to the truck via a length control means.

In the above means, by configuring the guide electromagnet to be attached to the bogie via a hydraulically controlled moving plate serving as a gap length control means, the gap length G is widened at the point when the floating vehicle approaches a curve of the track, By controlling the gap length G to be reduced in the straight sections of the track, it is possible to pass through curves of the track with a small radius of curvature. This makes it possible to reduce the excitation loss over the entire line length.

In the embodiment device configured in this way, the movable plate 14
The spring biasing force of the compression spring 18 and the magnetic attraction force acting between the guide electromagnet 3 and the guide magnetic rail 6 are added, and the movable plate 14 is moved to the minimum gap length G s regulated by the stopper 16A.
*Hold y2 and drive on the straight part of the track. If the suction type magnetic levitation vehicle traveling in this state drives the hydraulic pump to drive the hydraulic system 12 in the opposite direction to the road before it approaches a curve in the track, the gap length G=i can be widened. For example, a control device that reads a sign placed on the track 4 side and fully drives a hydraulic pump, or a control device that receives output signals from an oscillator, electromagnet, light source, etc. provided on the track side and drives a hydraulic bong. By combining the above, it is possible to widen the gap length GI1 corresponding to the radius of curvature of the curve only while passing through the curve of the trajectory. Therefore, it is possible to easily provide a suction type a air levitation vehicle that can easily pass through curves in a track where the radius of curvature is 2°0 m or less, and the gap length Gi can be controlled in accordance with the radius of curvature of the track. When traveling on a straight section, the air gap length G2 can be reduced by 10 times compared to the conventional length.Although the excitation loss of the guide electromagnet temporarily increases when passing through a curve with a small radius of curvature, In this case, the air gap length is shortened, the leakage magnetic flux is reduced, and the excitation magnetic force is reduced, so the guide electromagnet 3 can be made smaller and more compact, and the excitation loss is also reduced.

On the other hand, reducing the weight of the guide electromagnet contributes to the same ability to follow irregularities in the track. That is, since orbital irregularity is generally proportional to the wavelength to the 0.5th power, the longer the wavelength, the greater the amount of irregularity. However, from the point of view of controlling the attraction force, there is a limit to the response period of electromagnets to track irregularities, so it is necessary to set the rated gap length large for high-speed railways, but for slow speeds, the gap length is small. It is possible to maintain the air gap even if the Therefore, by controlling the gap length control means 11 of the embodiment device to increase the gap length G in the high speed section and to reduce the gap length G in the slow speed section, the speed can be increased. This provides the advantage of being able to operate a service system that uses a mixture of slow and fast routes using the same vehicle, maintaining good followability to track irregularities, and without increasing excitation loss.

As described above, the present invention is configured to attach the guide electromagnet to the bogie of the vehicle via the gap length control means between the magnetic pole surface and the magnetic rail. As a result, it is possible to widen the gap length in sections where the track curve has a small curvature, and to shorten the gap length in straight sections, reducing the radius of curvature of the track, which was a problem with conventional devices that fixed guide electromagnets to bogies. This eliminates problems such as restrictions on magnetization, excitation loss, and restrictions on miniaturization and weight reduction of guide electromagnets, making route determination easier by reducing the radius of curvature of the track, and reducing track construction costs such as land costs. It is possible to provide an attraction type magnetic levitation vehicle equipped with a guide device that is reduced in weight, has low loss, and is lightweight. In addition, it is possible to control the gap length according to the vehicle speed, and it is possible to provide all suction type magnetic levitation vehicles with excellent tracking ability against track irregularities, and can be used on high-speed routes, low-speed routes, or a mixture of both. Because one vehicle can cover all the routes covered by a single vehicle, the advantage is that equipment costs and operating costs can be further reduced.
