〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案はい草苗を他の圃場に移植のため掘取る
のに用いるい草苗掘取装置に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a rush seedling digging device used for digging rush seedlings for transplantation to other fields.
従来、い草苗を栽培した圃場の一側に滑車を取
付けた1本の杭を立て、支柱の両側の列のい草苗
を、第4図に示すような苗掘機にワイヤを取付け
ワイヤを滑車を介して連結したトラクター、運搬
車等の牽引車により圃場内から苗掘機を牽引し隣
り合うい草苗の列間を進行させて掘取つていた。
その場合、例えば牽引車が圃場外の道路上にある
と、ワイヤを引張つた牽引車は交通の妨げとなる
ことが多く掘取作業を中止せねばならないような
ことがあつた。又1個の滑車を用いて牽引車を圃
場内に入れて苗掘機を引張る場合、ワイヤを軸に
したワイヤの曲げ角度が90゜を越えると、滑車付
近のワイヤの折曲げに抗する力の作用によるため
と考えられるが、苗掘機はい草苗の列間を直進せ
ずに円弧状に進行しい草苗の掘取作業が困難であ
つた。

に止めねじ13を備えた2個の滑車取付管部4を
遊嵌しており上記管体に沿つて摺動すると共に上
記管体の任意の位置に止めねじ13により固定す
ることができる。図中14は滑車6を螺合、係
止、クランプ手段等により着脱自在に取付けるた
めに設けた橋形突部である。本考案に係る滑車保
持装置1は上記の構造を有するので、図に示す如
く組立てた状態で圃場10のい草苗11の列間に

7に近い滑車6に至るワイヤ9はい草苗11の列
と平行に列間に延在するように、滑車取付管部4
を調整して止めねじ13で上記管部を管体2に固
定しておく。牽引車8に近い他方の滑車6を取付
けた滑車取付管部4も同様に固定する。実線で示
したように牽引車8を圃場10内に入れて2個の
滑車6を利用して牽引すと、苗掘機7はい草苗1
1の列間を直進して満足な掘取作業を行なうこと
ができる。又、点線で示した如く、牽引車8を圃
場10外にて用いる場合には、1個の滑車6を利
用すると苗掘機7は同様に直進して満足な掘取作
