Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、鉄筋コンクリート建造物に於いて、
設置機器からの漏水を簡便で低コストに排水する
ことができる耐火排水孔に関するものである。[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention is applicable to reinforced concrete buildings.

従来より鉄筋コンクリート建造物に於いて設置
機器から漏れ出た水の排水を如何に措置するかが

のに本格的な措置をすることになるので、コスト

そこで、本考案は上述欠点に鑑みて検討の結
果、非常時の漏水の排水を簡便かつ低コストでな
し得る耐火排水孔を得たものであつて、その特徴
はコンクリート床の隅部に鋼製打込み枠にて囲ん
だ貫通孔を設け、該貫通孔の下端部には、所定位
置に孔を形成しその孔縁上面に耐火性弁座を取り
付けてなる所定の耐火性能を有する厚みにて製造
された鋼製板を設け、前記弁座に所定の耐火性能
を有する厚みにて製造された鋼球浮き弁を載置
し、前記貫通孔の上部には目皿受を介して踏抜防
止蓋兼用の排水目皿を載置することにより、鉄筋
コンクリート建造物の設置機器からの漏水を排水
目皿から貫通孔内に入れ、一定の水位に達すると
耐火性能を有する浮き弁を上昇させて、弁を開く
ことによつて排水路を形成するので、常時は防火
区画としての一定の耐火性能を確保しつつ、非常
時は漏水の排水を簡便かつ低コストに行なえると

1内が一定の水位に達すると耐火性能を有する浮
き弁7が上昇して弁が開き、排水路を形成するこ
とになる。この排水路により漏水が排水される
と、浮き弁7は下降して弁を閉じる。さらに漏水
が一定の水位に達すると浮き弁7は上昇して弁を
開ける。こうして浮き弁7の上昇・下降が繰り返

性能を確保しつつ、非常時には漏水により貫通孔
内が一定の水位に達すると耐火性能を有する浮き
弁7が上昇して弁が開き、排水路を形成するの
で、本格的な排水設備を用いることなく、非常時
の漏水の排水を簡便かつ低コストで行なうことが

を有する厚みにて製造された鋼球浮き弁を載置
し、前記貫通孔の上部には目皿受を介して踏抜防
止蓋兼用の排水目皿を載置して成ることを特徴と
