【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、鉄筋コンクリート建造物に於いて、
設置機器からの漏水を簡便で低コストに排水する
ことができる耐火排水孔に関するものである。

従来より鉄筋コンクリート建造物に於いて設置
機器から漏れ出た水の排水を如何に措置するかが
問題であつた。

高となる欠点がある。

そこで、本考案は上述欠点に鑑みて検討の結
果、非常時の漏水の排水を簡便かつ低コストでな
し得る耐火排水孔を得たものであつて、その特徴
は、コンクリート床の隅部に鋼製打込み枠にて囲
んだ貫通孔を設け、該貫通孔の下端部には、所定
位置に前記コンクリート床の厚さとほヾ同じ成の
円筒部を上方に突出形成して所定の耐火性能を有
する厚みにて製造された鋼製の成形板を設け、前
記円筒部の上部開口には、下面に不燃、遮煙パツ
キンを貼付けて所定の耐火性能を有する厚みにて
製造された有頂円筒形状の鋼製排水孔蓋を載置す
ることにより、鉄筋コンクリート建造物の設置機
器からの漏水を貫通孔内に入れ、一定の水位に達
すると耐火性能を有する排水孔蓋を上昇させてそ
の蓋を開くことによつて排水路を形成するので、
常時は防火区画としての一定の耐火性能を確保し
つつ、非常時は漏水の排水を簡便かつ低コストに
行なえるところにある。

路を形成するので、本格的な排水設備を用いるこ
となく、非常時の漏水の排水を簡便かつ低コスト
で行なうことができる。
