Generally, in this type of vehicle, a driver parks the vehicle on a pallet, and the pallet is automatically transported and stored. Therefore, one pallet is required for each automobile, and since there is a considerable demand for pallets, their manufacture is an important factor in reducing costs. The present invention is intended to improve this point.

[Means and effects for solving the problem] The present invention aims to solve the above problem,
A groove for running the tire is press-formed on a steel plate, and a groove-shaped flange with a bent edge is press-formed on one side of this groove outward in the width direction of the vehicle, and a flange with a horizontal edge is press-formed on the other side of the groove inward in the width direction. The horizontal edges of two formed steel plates for vehicle mounting are stacked vertically and joined in the longitudinal direction of the groove, and a stiffening material formed along the cross-sectional shape of the groove is placed on the back surface of each of the steel plates. The pallets are welded at intervals in the longitudinal direction to form an integral pallet to constitute a pallet for mounting a car in a parking device or the like.

Therefore, the above-mentioned molded steel plates for mounting on a vehicle can be easily bonded to each other, and since the horizontal lines are vertically overlapped and bonded, dirt, oil, and fat will not fall under the steel plate for mounting on a vehicle.

As shown in the figure, the pallet of the present invention is composed of a pair of formed steel plates 1a and 1b for mounting on a vehicle, which are integrally molded to have exactly the same shape. Formed steel plates 1a and 1b for vehicle mounting
has a groove shape so that the tires of the car 3 can be placed therein, and inside the groove where the tires are placed, the car is raised to a position lower than the floor of the car 3, and the car is placed at the tip of the raised part. A flange portion bent horizontally inward in the width direction of No. 3 is integrally molded, and on the outside of the groove, a molded steel plate for vehicle mounting is provided with a raised length longer than the raised height of the inner raised portion. Flange portions 1a and 1b are integrally molded to increase the bending strength.

The horizontal edges of the inward (inner) flange portions of the pair of in-vehicle formed steel plates 1a and 1b are vertically overlapped with each other, and as shown in FIG. 3, rivets or They are joined and integrated by welding. It is assumed that a required number of junction points 4 are installed for strength. Further, a plurality of pallet reinforcing formed steel plates 2a, 2b serving as stiffeners are installed at the bottom of each of the pair of vehicle-mounted formed steel plates 1a, 1b in order to increase the strength in the lateral direction. The pallet reinforcing formed steel plates 2a and 2b are formed along the cross section of the wheel running grooves formed in the above-mentioned in-vehicle formed steel plates 1a and 1b, respectively, and the back surfaces of these in-vehicle formed steel plates 1a and 1b are are welded at intervals along the length of the groove. Further, in the embodiment, the formed steel plates 2a and 2b for pallet reinforcement have a U-shaped cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and have high rigidity.
2b improves the overall rigidity of the in-vehicle formed steel plates 1a, 1b.
Formed steel plates 1a, 1 for vehicle installation by reducing the plate thickness of 1b
The rigidity of b can be set to the necessary minimum.
Further, as a result of reducing the thickness of the formed steel sheets 1a, 1b for mounting on a vehicle, the formability of the formed steel sheets 1a, 1b for mounting on a vehicle improves. Furthermore, forming the pallet reinforcing formed steel plates 2a, 2b into a U-shape can reduce the weight relative to the required rigidity of the pallet reinforcing formed steel plates 2a, 2b.

(4) Stiffeners have high rigidity, and since these stiffeners mainly support the load of the vehicle, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the formed steel plate for use in cars to increase the rigidity of the formed steel plate for use in cars. As a result of reducing the thickness of the formed steel plate for in-vehicle installation to the necessary minimum, the formability of the formed steel plate for in-vehicle installation can be improved.
