Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the change of heating condition with a heat pipe by transporting a filament bundle in a direction inclined relative to the axial line of a cylindrical heat pipe. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical heat pipe 1 is placed in the transport path of a filament bundle 6 in a state to enable the adjustment of the angle theta (0<=theta<=90 deg.) between the axis of the pipe and the vertical line. The heat pipe 1 can be rotated by an arbitrary angle around own axis as shown by the arrow. The inclination angle between the heat pipe 1 and the filament bundle 6 can be varied by varying the inclination theta of the axis of the heat pipe 1. The contacting length of the bundle and the pipe can be varied by this process to facilitate the change of the heating condition of the bundle.

[Prior art 1] As a method for obtaining a heat hit or crimped system after false twisting a filament bundle of synthetic fibers, a heating element is usually placed in a vertical position, and the filament bundle is heated to an appropriate temperature. It has been proposed to use a heat pipe (heat siphon) as the heating element (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 41-4009, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 41-4009, Kosho 4
16167 construction method, Special Publication No. 59-33685) [
[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The heating method described above is advantageous in terms of heat uniformity and energy saving, but in the conventional method, the contact point between the heating element and the filament bundle is constant, so there is no wear and tear. Even if measures are taken to improve wear resistance, such as ceramic spraying, on surfaces that come into contact with a lot of friction, wear is unavoidable, and improvements are needed in terms of service life. Furthermore, in many cases, the quality of contact between the heating element and the filament bundle is constant, so it is difficult to significantly change the contact length depending on the heating conditions of the type of miscellaneous material.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The essential point of the present invention is to use a cylindrical heat vibrator as the main heating body, and to run a filament bundle in a direction inclined to the axis of the heat vibrate, The reason is that the heat vibrator is brought into contact with the surface of the heat vibrator for a predetermined length.

If you do this, you can create a pipe and a filament bundle. By changing the inclination, the contact length can be changed, and the heating conditions can be easily changed. Furthermore, by making the heat vibrator rotatable around its own axis, the contact position with the filament bundle is shifted, so that almost the entire circumference of the heat vibrator can be used as a contact surface.

[Example] The heating method according to the present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. In Figs. 1 and 2, 1 is a cylindrical heat vibrator, and this heat vibrator is as shown in Fig. 3. , a cylindrical container 11 made of a metal pipe such as a steel pipe or an aluminum pipe
A coating layer having high wear resistance and not easily peeled off even by thermal expansion of the heat vibrator, for example, the Reramic thermal spray layer 12, is formed on the outer surface of the heat vibrator, and the surface is smoothed by polishing or other means.

Guide rolls 3 and 4 are installed at the top and bottom of the heat vibe 1, respectively, so that the filament bundle 6 of synthetic fibers traveling in the vertical direction can surely contact the heat vibe 1 and prevent positional deviation. In such an arrangement, the heating device 2 is negatively energized to operate the heat vibrator 1, and the filament bundle 6 is run while diagonally contacting the surface of the heat vibe 1. The surface of the heat vibrator 1 is heated to a predetermined temperature to perform heat setting or crimping. However, if you want to change the type of fiber or heating conditions, Heat Vibe 1 has tilt adjustment + 1 function, so
By changing the inclination θ of the axis, the angle of inclination between the heat vibrator 1 and the filament bundle 6 changes, and the length of contact between them changes, making it possible to easily respond to changes in heating conditions. Furthermore, since the heat vibrator 1 can be rotated around its axis, by appropriately adjusting the rotation angle, the point of contact with the filament bundle 6 can be shifted, allowing almost the entire circumference of the heat vibrator 1 to be used as a contact surface. .

In this example, the rotation of the heat vibrator 1 is fixed during use, but the heat vibrator 1 may be forcibly rotated. In that case, it is desirable that the heating section of the heat vibrator 1 has a structure that allows heat to be transferred from the heat source even in a rotating state, or that a means such as a combination of a slip ring and an electric heater is taken.

In addition, as a method for changing the inclination angle of the heat pipe 1 and the filament bundle 6, we have shown the case where the inclination of the heat vibrator 1 is changed, but this may also be done by changing the position of the guide rolls 3 and 4. may be changed.

FIG. 4 shows another example of the invention. In this example, the heat vibrator 1 is rotatably held on the travel path of the filament bundle 6, and an electric Va induction heating coil 7 is disposed in a non-contact manner on the outer periphery of the lower part which serves as a heat absorption section. In addition, guides [coals 3 and 4] are arranged on the upper and lower sides of the heat vibrator 1, respectively, and the filament bundle 6 that has passed through the guide roll 3 is wound around the heat vibrator 1 at least once and comes into contact with it, and then passes through the guide roll 4. It looks like this.

With such a heating method, since the heat vibrator 1 rotates with m vibrational force due to contact with the filament bundle 6, wear on the surface of the heat pipe 1 can be significantly reduced.

Even in this example, the length of contact between the heat vibrator 1 and the filament bundle 6 can be changed by changing the position of the guide roll 3.4 and the winding around the heat vibrator 1, such as by changing the handle 8.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above explanation, according to the method of the present invention, the contact length between the heat vibrator and the filament bundle can be easily changed. By using almost the entire circumference of the heat vibrator as a contact surface, stable heat treatment can be performed over a long period of time. Furthermore, since a straight cylindrical heat vibrator can be used as the heating element, there is also the advantage that the device can be manufactured at low cost.
