Frame construction methods have come into use, and the method of moving the formwork by supporting it on a trolley is becoming mainstream.

In order to support and move the formwork stably and to smoothly and reliably perform various adjustments and operations such as leveling the formwork and demolding, the trolley used to move the formwork must be strong and large. Along with this, there are many problems such as the operation mechanism of the formwork becomes complicated, it is troublesome to handle, and a large space is required to install the traveling cart.

である。The present invention was made in order to solve the problems in the above-mentioned traveling type movable outer formwork device for arch culverts. A pair of upper and lower parallel support arms are pivotally connected to each other, and the distal ends thereof are pivotally connected to a traveling caster vehicle having support legs equipped with wheels that can be freely adjusted up and down, and the support arms are placed in an inclined state where the distal ends thereof are lowered. By installing a telescopic adjustment member for adjusting the inclination angle of the support arm between both support arms or between one of the support arms and the pillar, the structure is simple and lightweight, and the formwork can be shaped easily. It is an object of the present invention to provide a movable outer formwork device for arch culverts that allows operations such as adjustment and demolding to be performed reliably and easily, and has good work efficiency.

I8によって架設した構成となっている。Reference numeral 5 denotes a running leg vehicle disposed at the lower part of both outside sides of the form body I, in which a supporting leg 7 equipped with wheels 6 is provided on a pedestal 8 so as to be adjustable up and down by a lifting mechanism 9 such as a hydraulic type or a screw type. The structure is as follows. The traveling caster 5 has a pair of parallel support arms 10.11 pivotally connected to the lower part of the form body 1 at a required distance vertically by pins 12.13. 14.15, it is connected to the pillar 8 in a pivotal manner. Therefore, the formwork body 1 and the support arm 10.
If and the pillar 8 form a link mechanism. A support arm 10 connects the traveling caster 5 and the form body 1.
11 is in an inclined state with its tip side lowered, and is provided with an adjusting means for changing the angle of inclination as appropriate. As shown in the figure, the inclination angle can be adjusted by a hydraulic or screw type between the part of the upper support arm 10 near the pin 14 and the part of the lower support arm 11 near the pin 13. The telescopic adjustment member 16 is connected to the pin 17,
The structure is constructed using I8.

9 is constructed to a predetermined height, and a rail 20 is laid along the outside thereof. Then, the device of the present invention is placed on the rails 20 via the wheels 6, moved, and fixed at a predetermined construction position. In this case, the elevating mechanism 9 of the traveling caster vehicle 5 is operated to raise the pedestal 8 so that the lower end of the formwork body (■) does not come into contact with the ground 21.

In addition, positioning of the form body l in the height direction is performed by operating the elevating mechanism 9 of the traveling leg vehicle 5.
This can be done by adjusting the height position up and down.

To do this, by shortening the telescopic adjustment member 16, the form body l can be moved against the traveling vehicle 5 by the link action of the support arm 1011. As a result, the formwork l is pulled together and moved upward, and the formwork l is entirely covered with concrete 24.
This will result in more peeling. In this way, the demolding operation of the frame body 1 can be carried out extremely easily by only a single operation of the expansion/contraction adjustment member 16.

They will be carried away.

In this embodiment, when the expansion/contraction adjustment member 16 is operated, the same effect as in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is performed.

有するものである。As explained above, the present invention pivots a pair of upper and lower parallel support arms outward to the lower portions of both outer sides of a form body formed in an arch shape.
A support leg equipped with wheels is pivotally connected to a traveling platform vehicle that is movable up and down, and the support arm is tilted so that its tip end is lower, and support is provided between both support arms or between one of the support arms and the pedestal. Since a telescopic adjustment member is installed to adjust the inclination angle of the arm, the formwork that makes up the large room can be stably supported and moved, and the height of the formwork can be adjusted as well as its movement in the transverse direction. This can be done by raising and lowering the support legs and expanding and contracting the telescopic adjustment member, making it easy to adjust when the formwork is vertical. In addition, peeling the formwork from the concrete and demolishing the formwork can be done with a single operation using the telescopic adjustment member only. It has many excellent effects as an external formwork for arch culverts, such as being extremely simple, efficient, and labor-saving, and has an extremely simple structure, light weight, and can be manufactured at low cost. It is something.
