Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional papermaking screen described above, the object is fed by the vibration in the front and back direction when the screen frame 10 is shaken, so in order to exhibit the desired feeding ability, it is necessary to Shaking means 11 for the screen frame 10
The rotation speed is set to 700R・P・M or more,
Such high-speed operation generates vibrations that can be transmitted over long distances along the ground, making it difficult for nearby residents to sleep, and creating problems that make it impossible to install such systems in factories located in residential areas. Ta.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to eliminate the above problems, in the papermaking screen of the present invention, a screen plate having holes is provided on the bottom surface of the screen frame, and furthermore, by raising and lowering the screen frame, water is released in the delivery direction. A plurality of guide members are installed on the underside of the screen plate at an angle so as to cause the air to blow up and to direct toward the delivery direction of the object, thereby forming the side walls of a large number of small compartments;
The holes in the screen plate are formed so as to face the small compartments.

Function The papermaking screen configured as described above is
When the shaking means 4 of the screen frame 2 is rotated at a speed of about 350R/P/M, the screen frame 2 supported so as to be swingable is shaken at this speed, and the vertical vibrations cause the paper stock and foreign matter to At the same time, the vertical movement of the screen frame 2 raises and lowers the small compartments 7 provided below the screen plate 6 in the water, and each small compartment 7 functions as a water iron plane. 2, each compartment room 7
Water blows up obliquely through the holes 6a of the screen plate 6, lifts the object to be sent out, and sends it out in the sending direction. It is also ejected to the outside of the screen plate 6 under a reliable feeding action, and furthermore, when rotated at this speed, vibrations that are transmitted far away are not generated.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a screen frame, which is suspended and swingably supported by an elastic member 3 such as a spring into the tank 1 so that it can be freely swung up and down, and back and forth. The screen frame 2 is shaken by a shaking means 4, and the side surfaces of the screen frame 2 are either flat on the paper inlet side and upwardly sloped on the outlet side, as shown in FIG. Either the whole surface is inclined so that the outlet side of the stock is higher than the inlet side as shown in Fig. 3, or the whole surface is flat and a discharge groove 5 is provided on the rear side as shown in Fig. 4. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5, the entire structure is made flat and formed into a shape with discharge grooves 5, 5 provided at both ends.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a screen plate, which is stretched within the screen frame 2 to sieve the paper stock.This screen plate 6 leaves the paper stock on the screen plate 6 and removes ink, clay, ash, etc. In the case of washing paper stock by passing it through the screen plate 6, use a wire mesh or synthetic resin mesh as shown in Fig. 6, leave the waste on the screen plate 6, and wash the paper stock through the screen plate 6. In the case of sorting, a perforated plate shown in FIG. 7 or a slit plate shown in FIG. 8 is used. The screen plate 6 is located on the bottom surface of the screen frame 2 and has a hole 6a, and the hole 6a of the screen plate 6 is formed so as to face a small compartment 7, which will be described later.

Reference numeral 7 denotes a large number of small compartments provided below the screen plate 6, in which a plurality of guide members 7a are installed so as to cause water to blow up in the sending direction by raising and lowering the screen frame 2, and to direct the water toward the sending direction of the object. Moreover, the side walls of a large number of small compartments are formed by erecting them at an angle, and a large number of round, square, triangular, rhombic, polygonal, etc. pipes are connected to each other at their mutual contact points, as shown in Figures 9 and 10. It is formed by joining together the plates b shown in Fig. 11, or by combining the plates b shown in Fig. 11 by means such as phase cutouts, or by arranging a large number of plates b in parallel as shown in Fig. 12. Each small compartment room 7
As shown in each figure, the screen frame 2 is tilted in the sending direction of the object by the guide member 7a, and due to the vertical vibration caused by the shaking of the screen frame 2, water is drawn downward in the screen frame 2 when the screen frame 2 is raised, and when it is lowered. Since it is pushed upwards and performs the action of a water iron plane that blows up the air diagonally above the screen plate 6, it is better to have a small cross-sectional area as much as possible, but the smaller the area, the more difficult and expensive it is to manufacture. A cross-sectional area that is as effective and inexpensive as possible is set by taking into account the size of the screen plate 6, the concentration of paper stock, and other conditions.

The papermaking screen for selecting and washing paper stock shown in the above embodiment has a number of small compartments 7 formed at an angle on the lower side of the screen plate 6, which function like water iron planes when moved up and down. Even if the shaking means 4 was rotated at a low speed that does not cause harmful vibrations, the object could be reliably sent at the required speed only by blowing up water in an oblique direction. That is, although the liquid level changes as the screen frame 2 moves up and down, the force acting on the small compartment 7 is divided by the subdivided small compartments 7, which promotes an imbalance in the forces acting on the small compartment 7. This prevents water from blowing up from the holes 6a of the screen plate 6. Further, since the water is blown up obliquely from the hole 6a of the screen plate 6 toward the direction of delivery of the object, the object can be sent in the direction of delivery. As a result, the object on the screen plate 6 can be moved more easily, and there is no need to violently swing the screen frame as in the conventional case, which has the effect of reducing vibration and noise.

Effects of the Invention The papermaking screen according to the present invention is provided with a screen plate having holes on the bottom surface of the screen frame, and furthermore, the raising and lowering of the screen frame causes water to be blown up in the sending direction and directed toward the sending direction of the target object. A plurality of guide members were installed at an angle below the screen plate to form the side walls of a large number of small compartments, and the holes in the screen plate were formed to face the small compartments, so that the liquid level increased as the screen frame rose and fell. Although it fluctuates, the force acting on the small compartment is divided by the subdivided small compartments, which prevents the imbalance of forces acting on the small compartment from increasing and prevents water from blowing up from the holes in the screen plate. becomes more certain. Furthermore, since a plurality of guide members are installed on the underside of the screen plate at an angle so as to face the object in the delivery direction, the water is blown up diagonally from the holes in the screen plate in the direction in which the object is delivered. The object can be sent in the sending direction, and as a result, the object on the screen plate can be sent more easily, and there is no need to violently shake the screen frame as in the past, which reduces vibration and noise.
