<Prior art> As shown in FIG. 1, in the very early expansion joints of this type, by providing drainage gutters 1, 1 inside the connection between the main girders A, , measures were taken to drain rainwater etc. that flowed in from the gap between the two, thereby preventing rusting, etc. However, over time, dirt and dust accumulate in the drainage gutter, rendering it completely useless. On the contrary, water overflowing from the gutter can cause corrosion in the supporting parts and damage to the bridge abutments. This may cause rust to develop, and the difference in level between the top surface of the face plate and the connecting pavement surface, and the gap between the face plate.
Due to the distance, large noise is generated by moving vehicles,
It was also causing environmental pollution. Moreover, in order to repair the soundproof and waterproof expansion joints of the existing viaduct, the distance between the web plates 3 and 3 between the main girders is extremely narrow, 100 mm.
In many cases, the drainage gutter is located inside or outside, and repair work or cleaning work that involves removing the drainage gutter requires a great deal of time and effort, exposing various drawbacks and inconveniences.

Therefore, conventionally, the face plate 2 as described above,
In the space surrounded by 2 and web plates 3, 3,
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, a back-up material 5 supported by supporting hardware 4, 4 is used as an underlay, and an elastic sealant 6 such as asphalt is filled, and a rubber water-resistant sheet 7 is placed on top of it. However, the following problems have arisen.

a In terms of characteristics, this elastic sealant is a material that is in a fluid liquid state at the time of filling and then gradually becomes an elastic solid over time as a result of a chemical reaction. In some cases, it is necessary to always install the material to be filled horizontally.

b After the work is completed, from the top side, the sealant or water-resistant sheet for automobile road bridges is a rubber-like elastic body at room temperature, so it is susceptible to linear expansion and contraction due to temperature differences in the face plate. Proportionally, when the distance between the web plates decreases in the summer, the sealing agent becomes extremely soft, so it oozes out onto the road surface from the meshing part of the face plate and is removed by vehicles, etc. as it is.

c. Furthermore, what is inconvenient and inconvenient is the maintenance of this type of expansion joint, such as replacing the sealant, repairing sheets, etc., and cleaning, and the width of 100 mm surrounded by the face plate and web plate. All the things interposed and filled in the front and rear spaces must be removed from below, and the things that were originally filled with adhesive, pasted, or welded to prevent them from coming off must be replaced each time. This would have resulted in a huge loss in terms of time and effort.

Therefore, at present, the following expansion joint structure is provided to solve the above problem. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, a water stop material 8 having a cylindrical cavity 9 and sufficient self-repulsion elasticity is placed between the web plates 3,
It is compressed and fitted in the X' direction, and the cross section of the water stop material 8 is molded inward repeatedly into a series of alternating V-shapes or inverted V-shapes, so that it resists pressure from any direction. It has the property of keeping the side surface constant. The functions and effects thereof are as follows.

a Since the water stop material 8 is fitted between the web plates 3, 3 while being compressed in the lateral inward directions X and X', repulsive elasticity is always acting in the lateral outward directions Y and Y'. Therefore, the contact surface of the water stop material 8 is in close contact, and watertightness is maintained.

b For example, as the temperature of the face plates 2, 2 rises, expansion (linear expansion) determined by their length, temperature, and material occurs, and the space between the web plates 3, 3 is narrowed. Material 8
is the cavity 9, while maintaining its height direction constant.
9. The V-shapes at the substantially central portions approach each other and contract toward the inside. As a result, the problem of the sealant gushing out onto the road surface, which is common with conventional rubber sealants, does not occur.

c Rainwater, etc. flowing in between the interlocking comb-shaped face plates 2 and 2 is received by the approximately V-shaped portion of the water stop material 8, which acts as a so-called gutter and can be disposed of at the end. . Conventionally, this means installing drains and gutters (symbol 1 in Figure 1) as a measure against inflowing rainwater.
In light of the fact that the area may become clogged with earth and sand, making it impossible to drain water, which may even lead to inconvenience caused by flooding, it is recommended that the water stop material 8 be removed downward from between the web plates 3 and 3. This makes cleaning easier, and also makes it possible to replace it with a new waterproof material.

a The water stop material 8 must be compressed and fitted between the web plates 3 and 3 while being compressed in the lateral outward directions X and X', so the water stop material 8 , must be compressed in the X′ direction. In addition, the fitting and insertion work between the web plates 3 and 3 is carried out from below between the web plates 3 and 3, but since the work always tries to expand outward in Y and Y', the work process is unexpected. Extremely complicated. Therefore, no matter how the repulsive elasticity imparted to the water stop material 8 itself is treated during construction, a great deal of time and labor will be consumed during fitting.

b Due to the aging of the water stop material 8, when replacing or repairing it, replace the water stop material 8 with the web plates 3, 3.

In the expansion joint of the present invention, a pair of flat web plates are provided on the lower surfaces of a pair of face plates that mesh with each other via comb teeth aligned in the width direction of the main girder, and that face each other with the meshing portion in between. In a predetermined space with an open bottom surface formed by a face plate and a web plate extending in the width direction of the main girder, a hollow cylindrical body having elasticity and having at least one end in the width direction of the main girder is open. A telescopic double structure consisting of a frame molding member and an expandable and deformable elastic tube inserted into the hollow part of the frame molding member is loaded and deployed, and a non-solidifying fluid is injected under pressure into the elastic tube. This is then expanded and deformed into a desired shape. At this time, the frame molding member is brought into close contact with the web plate in a sealed state under pressure from the non-solidifying fluid within the elastic tube.

<Example> An example according to the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. First, Fig. 4a is a vertical cross-sectional view of the main part of the joint part with the main girders A and A, and shows that between the ends of the main girder road surfaces A and A', the main girders extend in the width direction of the main girder A. A pair of face plates 2, 2 are arranged in series. Opposite sides of the face plates 2, 2 have the same wave-shaped comb shape, which mesh with each other at intervals, and this comb tooth portion B is connected to the main girder road surface.
It protrudes from A′ and A′. On the lower surfaces of the face plates 2, 2, a pair of flat web plates 3, which face each other with the interlocking portion narrowed, are provided.
3 is provided almost vertically to constitute the girder side of the main girder A.

In addition, 1, 1 indicates a drainage gutter, and 4, 4 indicates a web plate 3, which is placed over the upper part of this drainage gutter 1, 1.
The support plate extended from 3 is shown. The pair of support plates 4, 4 are disposed on the lower surface of a space C with an open bottom surface formed by the face plates 2, 2 and web plates 3, 3. Therefore, the lower surface of this space C is divided by both support plates 4, 4 and an open space between both support plates 4, 4. Both support plates 4, 4 appropriately support the items loaded into this space C, thereby increasing its safety. As shown in Figure 1 above, each of the configurations up to this point is a so-called frame mechanism in addition to the very common expansion joints that have already been provided in the past, and special consideration has been given to the configuration. isn't it.

Next, in this predetermined space C, between the main girders A and A, from one mouth of the opening at both ends to the other mouth,
A hollow cylindrical frame forming member 10 having elasticity and open at least one end is loaded, and a non-solidifying fluid 12, that is, a non-solidifying fluid 12 is loaded in the hollow portion.
In the sealed state, an elastic tube 11 that is expandable and deformable is inserted, into which a fluid that does not solidify at least in its entirety and can at least maintain its fluidity for pouring is injected under pressure. In other words, in a longitudinal cross-sectional view, a stretchable double structure is provided. Note that the frame molded member 10 does not require the repulsion elasticity imparted to the water stop material 8 as shown in FIG. 3, but the water stop material 8 is
Similarly, it is preferable that the web plate 3 has a property of maintaining a constant adhesive surface when adhering to the web plates 3, 3.

Next, the mutual relationship and action of this stretchable double structure will be explained. As described above, when the elastic tube 11 is sufficiently filled with the fluid 12 prepared to be injected under pressure as shown in FIGS. , 2 and the support plates 4, 4, and as the internal elastic tube 11 expands and deforms, it expands and deforms in the horizontal direction to become a predetermined molded body, and at this time, the side surface 10a becomes the web plate 3, Since the web plate 3 has the property of always maintaining a constant contact surface with respect to the web plate 3, the web plate 3 is brought into close contact with the web plate 3.

That is, by injecting the non-solidifying fluid 12 into the elastic tube 11 under pressure, the elastic tube 11 expands, and an injection port (not shown) of the elastic tube is opened so as to maintain a high internal pressure state. ) is closed. The frame forming member 10 is closely attached to the web plate 3 under the high internal pressure of the elastic tube 11. The degree of this close adhesion can be adjusted by the height of the pressure of the fluid 12 in the elastic tube 11, that is, the amount of fluid 12 filled under pressure and injected into the elastic tube. Just set the pressure to an appropriate height.

Next, a more specific construction method will be explained. As mentioned above, the space between the web plates 3, 3 of the main girder of a viaduct is generally quite narrow, making repair work and related cleaning work very difficult. The expansion joint of the present invention can be extremely easily constructed. First, during new installation or repair work, for example, in a space C as shown in FIG. The frame molded member 10 from which self-repulsion elasticity has been removed
are sequentially inserted into the space C from the end opening in the beam width direction. At this time, the side surface 10a of the frame molded member 10 relative to the web plates 3, 3 is molded to be relatively rigid so as to be kept constant. Therefore, in a sense, the side surface 10a, which also has a guiding function during insertion, facilitates loading into the space C, and in addition, this frame molded member 10 has no self-repulsive elasticity and does not exert any urging force. It is very advantageous when inserted into Next, an elastic tube 11 that can be expanded and deformed is further inserted into the hollow portion of the loaded frame forming member 10, and a fluid 12 is injected therein. However, at this time, a method is adopted in which the fluid 12 is injected under pressure into the elastic tube 11 that has been inserted empty in advance, or a certain amount of the fluid 12 is injected under pressure into the elastic tube 11 in advance. It is optional depending on the construction conditions, etc., to adopt a method in which the fluid 12 is first placed in the hollow portion and then the fluid 12 is press-fitted into the tube 11 to a predetermined pressure. Thereafter, the frame forming member 10 is expanded by the expansion of the elastic tube, and the adhesive surface is attached to the web plates 3, 3.
This will ensure that the necessary waterproof and soundproofing effects are achieved by closely adhering to the surface.

Note that, as described above, the distance between the web plates 3, 3 increases due to linear expansion due to temperature changes, and increases in the winter, and decreases in the summer.
Therefore, it is preferable to construct the expansion joint of the present invention during the winter season when there are large intervals. and,
In summer, when the distance between the web plates 3, 3 narrows and the volume of the space C becomes smaller, the fluid 12 injected under pressure into the elastic tube 11 escapes toward both ends of the elastic tube 11 and downward.

Specifically, since at least one end of the frame forming member 10 is open, the fluid 12 escapes toward the end while expanding the elastic tube 11. or,
Since the space C has an open bottom surface (in this embodiment, an open space is formed between the pair of support plates 4, 4), the elastic tube 11 and the elastic Frame molding member 10 having
The fluid 12 escapes downward while expanding downward. On the other hand, the face plates 2, 2 mesh with each other via the comb tooth portions, and the distance between both 2, 2 is small enough not to impede vehicle passage, and the frame forming member Since the fluid 12 is injected into the double structure of the tube 10 and the elastic tube 11, the fluid 12 does not escape upward. Therefore, unlike the expansion joint shown in FIG. 2, the sealant does not ooze out onto the road surface.

In addition, if this expansion joint is constructed in the summer,
Once in the next winter, the fluid 12 is transferred to the elastic tube 11.
It is only necessary to re-inject it into the inside of the web plate to adapt to the increased spacing between the web plates 3, 3.
Alternatively, the fluid 12 may be injected under pressure in advance in the summer stage to such an extent that escape toward the ends and downward occurs.

Next, since this fluid 12 is a non-solidifying substance that does not solidify while being sealed inside the elastic tube 11 and maintains appropriate fluidity, the elastic tube 1
By opening the injection port 1 or breaking a part of the elastic tube 11, the fluid 12 can be poured out of the elastic tube. This dispensing can normally be performed non-forced, but if quick work is desired or the fluid 12 has high viscosity, it may be performed forcibly using a pump or the like. Further, even if a part of the fluid 12 solidifies, it has an internal pressure that can accommodate the expansion and contraction between the web plates 3, and by pouring out the non-solidified part, the elastic tube 11 can be molded into the frame forming member 10. Any material that can be reduced to a volume that can be extracted from it can be used. In this way, even if the fluid 12 is filled with the fluid 12 and has the above-mentioned functions and effects, the elastic tube 11 is reduced by removing or reducing the fluid 12, and the expansion deformation of the frame forming member 10 is eliminated. If you let me,
Removing and removing this double structure from between the web plates 3 is an extremely simple and easy operation.

Since the frame forming members are not self-resilient, they remain compressed laterally inwards (horizontally), and there is no need for a compression fit between the web plates, thus reducing the widthwise end opening of the main girder. It can be easily inserted into the section. In addition, it is very advantageous when moving and transporting because the molded member is compact enough to eliminate self-repulsion.

In addition, as an alternative to the self-repelling elasticity of conventional water-stopping materials, the hollow part of this frame molded member is loaded with an elastic tube that can expand and contract freely, so it can handle fluids that have some restrictions. It can be applied to the tube by pressure injection, and the fluid will not gush out onto the road surface. Furthermore, the fluid inside the tube also provides a soundproofing effect.

Furthermore, in order to extract the frame forming member and the elastic tube from between the web plates for various operations,
By reducing or eliminating the fluid filling the elastic tube as appropriate to reduce the elastic tube, the frame forming member is removed from the space C at once by large friction,
It can be removed without any problems.

What is even more noteworthy is that even the very early expansion joints shown in Figure 1, for example,
This can be upgraded to the same expansion joint as the present invention by loading the double expansion joint of the present invention without removing it from the viaduct or dismantling it.
