例の組立前の各構成部品を示す斜視図、第２図お
よび第３図は、そのボデイ絶縁体に２本のケーブ
ルが保持された状態を示す正面断面図および側断
面図、第４図は、そのボデイ絶縁体を示す平面図
、第５図は、そのカバー絶縁体を示す平面図、第
６図、第７図、第８図および第９図は、そのシー
ルデイングラグを示す、一側面図、一部を断面に
した他側面図、底面図および曲げ加工前の平面図
、第１０図、第１１図、第１２図、第１３図およ
び第１４図は、その接触端子を示す、斜視図、一
側面図、断面図、他側面図および曲げ加工前の平
面図、第１５図は、その接触端子のボデイ絶縁体
への組み込み状態を示す断面図、第１６図は、そ
のモジユラーカバーの外側からみた正面図、第１
７図および第１８図は、その電線の挿入接続時に
おけるカバー絶縁体とボデイ絶縁体の位置関係を
示す平面図および断面図、第１９図および第２０
図は、その電線の挟持時におけるカバー絶縁体と
ボデイ絶縁体の位置関係を示す平面図および断面
図、第２１図は、従来のモジユラージヤツクの一
例の要部を示す斜視図、第２２図は、従来のモジ
ユラージヤツクの他の例の主要な構成部品を示す
斜視図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一面側の中央部にＵ字形の溝が形成される
    とともに、この溝の両側に係止部が形成され、上
    記溝に、それぞれ編組構造のシールド線を有する
    ２本のケーブルの端末部が、それぞれの先端側が
    逆向きにされて、重ねられて配置されるボデイ絶
    縁体と、 板部と、この板部の面に対してほぼ垂直な複数
    の脚部からなるとともに、それぞれの脚部の先端
    に係止部が形成され、上記ボデイ絶縁体の上記溝
    に上記端末部が配置された状態で、それぞれの脚
    部が上記溝の側方に挿入されて、それぞれの係止
    部が上記ボデイ絶縁体の上記係止部に係止される
    ことによつて、その板部が上記端末部を押さえる
    シールデイングラグと、 それぞれ上記ボデイ絶縁体に組み込まれて上記
    ケーブルの電線が挿入接続される複数の接触端子
    と、 上記ボデイ絶縁体の他面側に取り付けられて上
    記接触端子に接続され、モジユラープラグが装着
    または抜去されるモジユラーブロツクと、 を備えるモジユラージヤツク。 (2) ボデイ絶縁体と、 それぞれ、上記ボデイ絶縁体に組み込まれ、２
    本のケーブルのシリアル接続されるべき２本の電
    線が挿入接続される一対の接点部が一体に並んで
    形成された複数の接触端子と、 上記ボデイ絶縁体に取り付けられて上記接触端
    子に接続され、モジユラープラグが装着または抜
    去されるモジユラーブロツクと、 を備えるモジユラージヤツク。 (3) それぞれ、一端側がＵ字形に曲げられ、そ
    の先端に両者の間側に突出した開放部が形成され
    た一対の可動バネ片と、 それぞれ一端側が上記一対の可動バネ片の対応
    する方の一端と対向した一対の受けバネ片と、 この一対の受けバネ片の間に位置し、一端側が
    Ｕ字形に曲げられ、その先端が上記一対の可動バ
    ネ片の上記開放部と近接した開放バネ片と、 上記一対の可動バネ片をそれぞれの他端側で連
    結した可動バネ片連結部と、 上記一対の受けバネ片と上記開放バネ片をそれ
    ぞれの他端側で連結した受けバネ片連結部と、 上記可動バネ片連結部と上記受けバネ片連結部
    を上記開放バネ片の両側の位置で連結した一対の
    底部と、 この一対の底部の間の位置において上記開放バ
    ネ片が存する側と反対側に存するターミナル部と
    、 からなる、 請求項２に記載のモジユラージヤツク。 (4) 一面側に臨んで、それぞれケーブルの電線
    が挿入される複数の穴が形成されたボデイ絶縁体
    と、 それぞれ、上記ボデイ絶縁体に組み込まれ、上
    記ボデイ絶縁体の上記穴に挿入された電線が挿入
    接続される複数の接触端子と、 それぞれ、上記ボデイ絶縁体に対して上記一面
    に沿う方向にスライド可能な形状に形成されると
    ともに、上記ボデイ絶縁体の上記穴に挿入される
    電線を通す穴が形成されて上記ボデイ絶縁体の上
    記一面側に装着され、その穴および上記ボデイ絶
    縁体の上記穴を通じて上記電線を上記接触端子に
    挿入接続した状態で上記ボデイ絶縁体に対してス
    ライドさせることによつて、上記電線の被覆部を
    挟持するとともに、上記ボデイ絶縁体にロツクさ
    れる複数のカバー絶縁体と、 上記ボデイ絶縁体の他面側に取り付けられて上
    記接触端子に接続され、モジユラープラグが装着
    または抜去されるモジユラーブロツクと、 を備えるモジユラージヤツク。 (5) 上記カバー絶縁体を上記ボデイ絶縁体に対
    して上記電線を上記カバー絶縁体の上記穴および
    上記ボデイ絶縁体の上記穴を通じて上記接触端子
    に挿入接続した時の位置まで戻したのち、上記カ
    バー絶縁体を上記一面に垂直な方向に押すことに
    よつて、上記カバー絶縁体の開放操作部が上記接
    触端子の接点部を開放する、 請求項４に記載のモジユラージヤツク。 (6) 上記カバー絶縁体が透明な樹脂によつて形
    成された、 請求項４または５に記載のモジユラージヤツク
    。
