When various types of piping are installed through through-holes in the walls or floors of buildings, the ring-shaped gap between the through-holes and the piping is usually filled with backfilling material to protect neighboring neighbors in the event of a fire. This prevents fire or smoke from spreading into the room. Conventionally, when carrying out such backfilling, a backfilling jig 1 as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B in longitudinal section and plan view is attached. That is, backfilling jig 1
is a plate made of calcium silicate, plywood, etc., and has a hole 1a in the center that matches the outer circumference of the pipe 2. This plate is inserted 2 times in the diameter direction of the hole 1a.
It is divided into two parts 1b and 1c, and fixed to a wall or floor 3 etc. with nails 4 etc. with the pipe 2 sandwiched between them, and one of the ring-shaped gaps 5 between the wall or floor 3 etc. and the pipe 2 (floor , in the case of a ceiling, the opening 5a (downward) is closed,
The other opening 5b is closed by injecting cement mortar, mortar mixed with lightweight aggregate, inorganic fiber, etc. and solidifying it, or by pushing a noncombustible material such as glass fiber itself.

By the way, the above-mentioned backfilling jig 1 has drawbacks such as being time-consuming to install, damaging the wall or floor 3 etc. by nailing, and being easy to break itself, so that it can only be used repeatedly.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention is firmly fixed during backfilling work, is easy to attach and remove before or after backfilling work, and can be used repeatedly semi-permanently without damaging walls, floors, etc. The purpose of this tool is to provide a jig for backfilling that is suitable for backfilling. The jig for closing the opening is composed of a circular hole having approximately the same diameter as the outer periphery of the pipe and an annular portion surrounding the hole, and the annular portion includes the central axis of the circular hole. The backfilling jig is provided with one or more separating parts cut along a flat plane, and removable connecting members are attached to opposing surfaces of the separating parts.

2 and 3 show an embodiment of a backfilling jig (hereinafter referred to as jig) 11 according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the jig 11. The jig 11 is a thick-walled annular jig made of a flexible material with considerable rigidity such as rubber, soft synthetic resin, or foamed urethane. is provided with an annular portion 11a. This annular portion is provided with a separation portion 13 cut along a plane that does not include the central axis 12a of the hole. The number of separation parts 13 is not particularly limited, but one or two is preferable in terms of ease of attachment to piping 2 and strength after installation. As shown in the plan view in FIG.
It is formed by cutting along a plane (not shown) that does not include the central axis 12a of. This formed surface may be parallel to the central axis or may be oblique to the central axis, but in either case, the area will be larger than when cut along a plane that includes the central axis 12a. In addition, in the case of diagonal crossing, the stress applied to the separated portion during backfilling is characterized by shearing stress, which produces advantageous effects as described below.

Connecting members 13a and 13b made of magnets that attract and fix each other are attached to opposing surfaces of the separation section 13. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the width of the jig annular portion 11a is not smaller than the maximum width of the ring-shaped gap 5 between the floor 3, etc. and the pipe 2, and therefore has a dimension that closes the opening 5a. ing.

First, the jig 11 is attached to the piping 2 by opening it vertically in the separation part 13 in a brim shape, and the magnets 13a, 1 of the separation part 13
3b is joined and fixed, and pressed against one surface of the floor 3, etc. (in the case of a floor or ceiling, of course, the lower side of the floor or ceiling), and one opening 5a of the ring-shaped gap 5 is opened by the annular part 11a. Obstruction. Next, by injecting cement mortar 14 through the other opening 5b and removing the jig 11 after solidification, the gap 5 can be easily backfilled.

Since the facing surfaces of the separation part 13 of the jig 11 have a wider area than when cut along a plane including the central axis 12a, the separation stress is large and the separation part 13 may fall off from the pipe 2 during backfilling work. The work is done smoothly and smoothly.

As described above, since the jig according to the present invention is configured as described above, it has a bonding strength that can withstand the separation stress applied to the separated part during backfilling, and is also easy to attach and detach before and after backfilling. . In addition, it has many advantages, such as being able to be used repeatedly without damaging ceilings, floors, etc., making it possible to perform backfilling operations efficiently and economically.
