Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a casing mold not mixed with foam and having high strength by providing an intermediate layer comprising a porous material inside of a frame perforated with a plurality of defoaming holes around a model, and providing a filter inside thereof, and then carrying out defoaming thereof while compressing the casting mold. CONSTITUTION:A frame 1 has a side frame 1a and an upper frame 1b capable of coming up and down, and is made of a material for example metal, wood, or the like having strength sufficient to stand against the inner pressure during the compressing period, and besides, a plurality of holes 1c are formed in the frame 1 so as to extract foam. The intermediate layer 2 comprises a porous material such as for example porous ceramics, and adhered to the outer peripheral frame 1. An inner layer 3 is constituted such that a throwaway inexpensive filter is stuck thereto in order to prevent the blinding due to the infiltration of a casting material into the porous material of the intermediate layer 2. And, a vacuum pump 8 is driven so as to make the surrounding of the frame 1 to be an approximate vacuum state, and, as the upper frame 1b is pressed by driving a compression plunger 4, the inner foam 7a within the casting mold can be extracted promptly while compressing a casting mold 7 via the inner layer 3, intermediate layer 2 and the side frame 1a, upper frame 1b, thereby becoming a casting mold with high casting mold.

First, Fig. 2 (■) shows the manufacturing process of the casting material 7' that will become the mold material.
) When mixing and stirring in the casting material 7', air bubbles may form in the casting material 7' during this work process. It becomes 'a' and gets mixed in. Furthermore, both the base agent A and the curing agent B originally contain fine air bubbles.

In addition, Fig. 2 (■) shows a state in which the casting mold 7' is heated and semi-cured by a heater H while a fan F is rotated by a motor M, and Fig. 2 (2) shows a state in which the casting mold 7' is semi-hardened by, for example, being filled with epoxy resin.
For example, attach a member E such as a screw provided in that part to the bench F.
This shows the state where the mold is released by gripping it and pulling it downward.
