- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被洗浄物を上下動させ、洗浄液を介して超音波
を照射する超音波洗浄装置に於て、 超音波振動子を一列に距離ａの間隔で配列し、
被洗浄物の上昇時と下降時とでは被洗浄物に対す
る上記超音波振動子の位置が水平方向に１／２ａ
だけ変位しうるように相対位置関係を有してなる
超音波洗浄装置。
