Claims (1)
- １つの面を解放し底面に超音波振動子を取付け
た箱状の洗浄装置本体と、洗浄装置本体の壁面に
接する周辺部に形成された密封兼吸着部材と、洗
浄装置本体内に洗浄液を供給する部材と、洗浄装
置本体内から使用ずみ洗浄液を排出する部材と、
洗浄装置本体を壁面に沿つて案内し昇降させる部
材とを具えたことを特徴とする壁面洗浄装置。
