Claims (1)
- 両端に直管部を有する曲管の形状を整形する上
下二分割の歪取金型において、上記曲管はその中
心線が垂直平面と合致し、かつ上向きとなるよう
に、しかも一端の直管部が水平分割面となるよう
歪取金型内に位置せしめ、直管部には内径とほぼ
等しい外径を有する鍔付き駒を挿入し、上型と下
型は鍔付き駒挿入部の直管部外径とほぼ等しい形
状となし、他端の直管部に挿入せる鍔付き駒の端
面には上型の下向き突出部を接触せしめ、該下向
き突出部の背面に接触する上向き突出部を下型に
有することを特徴とする歪取金型。
