- 永久磁石の保持力を利用して物体の移動を行う
ロツドレスシリンダーにおいて、外部移動子及び
ピストン部の構造が、ラジアル方向に異方性化さ
れた希土類Ｒ―鉄Ｆｅ―ホウ素Ｂ系焼結磁石と磁
気回路を構成するためのヨークをモールド樹脂で
一体化したことを特徴とするロツドレスシリンダ
ー構造。
