Claims (1)
- 高周波信号を伝達する３分岐型内導体板を磁性
体基板で挾み、かつその外側を一対の外導体板で
挾んで周囲をねじ締結し、かつ前記磁性体基板に
対応して夫々磁界を印加する磁石を配置してなる
トリプレート型アイソレータにおいて、前記磁性
体基板と外導体板との間に、弾性を有する導電体
シートを介在させたことを特徴とするトリプレー
ト型アイソレータ。
