Claims (1)
- パターン導体が形成されたフエリ磁性体基板に
マグネツトが搭載された非可逆回路装置において
、前記マグネツトおよびフエリ磁性体基板に透孔
を形成すると共に、中心部に透孔を有し、この透
孔の軸方向に変形可能な弾性部材を前記マグネツ
トおよびフエリ磁性体基板間に介在させ、前記各
透孔にネジを通して前記フエリ磁性体基板、弾性
部材およびマグネツトを共締めしたことを特徴と
する非可逆回路装置。
