- 振動子エレメントとコンデンサエレメントを組
合せ、両者を樹脂で一体に外装した圧電共振部品
において、コンデンサエレメントの基板に設けた
両側のコンデンサ電極間に、両コンデンサ電極と
電気的に接続した抵抗膜を設けたことを特徴とす
る圧電共振部品。
